Groundswell is seeking a Senior Test Lead to oversee a team delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation tests for federal agency solutions. You will translate complex requirements into clear test objectives and drive the end-to-end test program, ensuring alignment with mission outcomes.

The role emphasizes automation using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager, with a focus on continuous improvement and security reviews within an Agile/DevOps context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience testing software applications, including system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, performance, and automation testing.
• Experience supervising a team of test specialists and managing complex test programs.
• Experience translating complex program requirements into testable objectives and analyzing test cycles and safety reviews.
• Experience in an Agile environment (e.g., SAFe, ICAgile) and DevOps integration.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated test cases using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing.
• Translate complex program requirements into clear, testable objectives and use cases.
• Develop and own the overall test strategy—objectives, methodologies, schedules, and analysis.
• Design and execute end-to-end test programs; assess system performance against requirements.
• Build and maintain automated test cases using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
• Lead analysis of test output and defect data, delivering actionable results to stakeholders.
• Recommend and implement continual improvements to test cycles, plans, and security reviews.
