Job summary

Groundswell, a premier technology integrator serving federal agencies, seeks an experienced test leader to supervise a team delivering end-to-end testing, including automation with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager. You will shape the test strategy, translate requirements into objectives, and liaise with program leadership to drive mission outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience testing software applications, including system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, performance, and automation testing.
Experience supervising a team of test specialists and managing complex test programs.
Experience translating complex program requirements into testable objectives and testing plans.
Experience in an Agile environment (e.g., SAFe, ICAgile) and DevOps integration.
Experience developing automated test cases using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
Familiarity with commercial test environments and procedures.
IT-II Non‑Critical Sensitive clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing.
Translate complex program requirements into clear, testable objectives and use cases aligning with mission outcomes.
Develop and own the overall test strategy—objectives, methodologies, schedules, and analysis.
Design and execute end-to-end test programs, assessing system performance against requirements within scope and schedule constraints.
Build and maintain automated test cases and scripts using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
Lead analysis of test output and defect data, delivering actionable results to government stakeholders and leadership.
Recommend and implement continual improvements to test cycles, plans, and security reviews.
