Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a seasoned test leader to guide a team delivering system, regression, performance, and automation testing for federal-facing solutions. You will translate complex program requirements into clear test objectives and drive the test strategy across schedules and releases.

The role focuses on building automated test cases with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager, analyzing results, and presenting actionable recommendations to program leadership and government

Qualifications

• 5+ years of testing software across multiple test types.
• Experience supervising a test team on complex programs.
• Familiarity with SAFe or ICAgile and DevOps integration.
• Certification in SAFe/ICAgile/Tosca.
• IT-II Non‑Critical Sensitive clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing.
• Translate complex program requirements into clear, testable objectives and use cases.
• Develop and own the overall test strategy—objectives, methodologies, schedules, and analysis.
• Design and execute end-to-end test programs within scope and schedule constraints.
• Build and maintain automated test cases and scripts using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
• Lead analysis of test output and defect data for government stakeholders and program leadership.
• Recommend and help implement continual improvements to test cycles, test plans, and security reviews.
