Job summary

Groundswell is a premier technology integrator delivering testing leadership for complex federal programs. You will lead a team delivering system, regression, performance, and automation testing, translating requirements into test plans and driving overall test strategy.

Expertise in Agile environments and automation using UiPath Studio/Orchestrator/Test Manager is required, with certifications in SAFe/ICAgile/Tosca. On-site role with strong benefits and a focus on mission outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of testing software applications across multiple test types.
• Experience supervising a team of test specialists on complex programs.
• Experience translating requirements into test objectives and plans, including safety reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing.
• Translate requirements into clear test objectives and use-cases aligned to mission outcomes.
• Develop and own the overall test strategy with schedules and analysis.
• Design end-to-end test programs and assess performance against requirements.
• Build and maintain automated tests using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and Test Manager.
• Analyze test output and defects; report results and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Suggest improvements to test cycles, plans and security reviews.
