Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience testing software applications including system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, performance and automation testing.
• Experience supervising a team of test specialists and managing complex test programs.
• Experience translating complex requirements into testable objectives and test cycles.
• Experience in an Agile environment (SAFe, ICAgile); familiarity with DevOps integration.
• Experience developing automated test cases using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing.
• Translate complex program requirements into clear, testable objectives and use cases.
• Develop and own the overall test strategy and schedules.
• Design and execute end-to-end test programs and assess system performance against requirements.
• Build and maintain automated test scripts using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
• Lead analysis of test output and defect data and provide actionable results to stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements to test cycles, plans, and security reviews.
