Cribl is seeking an Analytics Lead to act as a internal data consultant and product owner, shaping data solutions across GTM, People, Finance, and more. You will own the Data UX for internal stakeholders, translating complex analyses into actionable insights and guiding decisions with executive-ready storytelling.

You will manage analytics end-to-end, partner with senior leaders, and leverage a modern data stack and AI tools to drive efficiency and impact at scale.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in analytics, data, or a related role working with senior business leaders.
• Hands-on experience with GTM drivers, marketing analytics, attribution, funnel analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and modern data stack components; BI tools with semantic layers.
• Ability to present analyses to executives and influence decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Translate analyses into clear narratives for diverse audiences to drive decisions.
• Treat analytics as a product: learn user needs, rank impact, and deliver actionable analyses quickly.
• Frame problems, define requirements, and own analytics end-to-end.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align analytical priorities and decision-making.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance analytics, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.
• Provide strategic guidance on marketing data, campaigns, attribution, and funnel analytics.
