Job summary

Cribl is hiring an Analytics Lead to act as internal data consultant and product owner across GTM, People, Finance, and more. You will design self-serve data solutions, own analytics end-to-end, and partner with senior leaders to drive decisions.

In this remote-first role, you will translate complex analyses into actionable insights, apply AI tooling to improve efficiency, and shape the data UX for multiple functions while delivering executive-ready narratives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data, or a related role with senior leadership exposure.
• Deep knowledge of GTM drivers, marketing analytics including attribution and funnel analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Snowflake and dbt; experience with BI tools with semantic layers (Omni/Looker/Sigma).
• Able to use AI-assisted modeling to accelerate work and bring deep business knowledge over just SQL.
• Experience presenting analyses to executives and influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Translate analyses into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
• Treat analytics as a product: learn user needs, rank impact, maintain a shared plan.
• Define requirements from ambiguous questions and own the analytics end-to-end.
• Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional stakeholders and align analytics priorities.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance capabilities and efficiency.
• Advise on marketing data, campaign performance, attribution, and funnel analytics.
