Cribl is hiring an Analytics Lead to serve as an internal data consultant and product owner, shaping data solutions across GTM, People, and Finance. You will own the analytics end-to-end, turning complex questions into actionable insights and building self-serve data experiences for internal stakeholders in a remote-first environment.

You will partner with senior leaders, apply a product mindset to analytics, and leverage SQL and modern BI tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics or data roles with direct partnership with senior business leaders.
• Deep knowledge of GTM drivers with hands-on marketing analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, and BI tools with semantic layers.
• Fluency is the bar; use AI-assisted modeling to move faster with strong business knowledge.
• Experience building/predictive models and experiments and knowing when to act on results.
• Track record presenting analyses to executives that influenced decisions.
• Strong written communication and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Executive storytelling and audience tailoring: translate analyses into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
• Product-minded analytics: treat analytics as a product and build decision-ready analyses quickly.
• Define requirements from ambiguous questions and own analytics end-to-end.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and drive clarity.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance capabilities and drive efficiency.
• Advise on marketing data, attribution, funnel analytics to inform campaigns.
