Cribl is hiring an Analytics Lead to act as an internal data consultant and product owner, partnering across GTM, People, Finance, and more. You will design self-serve data solutions, own the analytics end-to-end, and treat analytics as a product to enable faster decision-making.

You will translate complex analyses into compelling narratives, tailor insights for executives, and leverage AI tools to enhance capabilities. This remote-first role may require coordinating across time zones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics or a related role with senior stakeholders
• Strong SQL and modern data stack knowledge (Snowflake/dbt)
• Experience turning analyses into actionable business decisions
• Proven ability to lead analytics as a product and manage multiple priorities
