Job summary

Cribl is hiring an Analytics Lead to act as an internal data consultant and product owner across GTM, People, Finance, and other units. You will design self-serve data solutions, own analytics end-to-end, and partner with executives to drive decisions through data-driven storytelling.

You will work in a remote-first environment across time zones, leveraging SQL, Snowflake, and dbt, and applying a product mindset to analytics initiatives to deliver impact quickly.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data, or a related role, including direct partnership with senior business leaders.
• Deep knowledge of GTM commercial drivers, with hands-on experience in marketing analytics (e.g., attribution, campaign measurement, funnel analysis).
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with the modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt) and BI tools with semantic layers (e.g. Omni, Looker, Sigma).
• Experience building or directing predictive models (e.g., propensity, churn) and experiments, and judging when their output is good enough to act on.
• A track record of presenting analysis to executives that influenced a decision.
• Strong written communication: turn an analysis into a memo a leader can act on without a meeting.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across stakeholders and decline requests with a clear reason.

Responsibilities

• Executive Storytelling & Audience Tailoring: Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives, tailoring insights to different audiences to drive decisions.
• Product Mindset: Treat analytics as a product. Learn what users need, rank work by impact, maintain a shared plan, and build analyses people can make decisions from quickly.
• Problem Framing & Translation: Turn ambiguous questions into defined requirements, and own the analytics end-to-end.
• Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Serve as a strategic thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders, aligning analytical priorities and driving clarity.
• AI tooling: Strategically leverage AI tools to enhance analytical capabilities, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.
• Analytics Liaison: Advise on marketing data, providing guidance on campaign performance, lead tracking, attribution, and funnel analytics.
• We are a remote-first company and work across many time zones; duties may occasionally fall outside standard hours.
