Cribl is hiring an Analytics Lead to act as an internal data consultant and product owner, driving self-serve data solutions across GTM, People, Finance, and more. You’ll own the “Data UX” for internal stakeholders, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate questions into actionable insights.

You will combine strategic rigor with technical chops, influence executive decisions, and shape analytics products from discovery to delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data, or related role with senior leaders
• Hands-on marketing analytics experience (attribution, funnel analysis)
• Proficient in SQL; familiar with modern data stack and BI tools with semantic layers
• Able to present analyses to executives to influence decisions
• Strong written communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Translate analyses into clear narratives for different audiences
• Treat analytics as a product; define user needs and priorities
• Own analytics end-to-end from questions to results
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align analytical priorities
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and insights
• Provide strategic guidance on marketing data and funnel analytics
