Cribl is hiring an Analytics Lead to act as internal data consultant and product owner. You will translate complex analyses into clear narratives and design self-serve data solutions across GTM, People, Finance, and more.

You will own the Data UX, work across teams, and apply AI tooling to accelerate insights. This is a remote-first role with time-zone flexibility and opportunities to influence executive decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data, or a related role with senior business partner exposure.
• Hands-on marketing analytics including attribution, funnel analysis, and campaign measurement.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with the modern data stack and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex analyses into clear narratives for executives and varied audiences.
• Treat analytics as a product; learn user needs, rank work by impact, maintain a shared plan.
• Turn ambiguous questions into defined requirements and own analytics end-to-end.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, aligning priorities and driving clarity on challenges.
• Strategically leverage AI tools to enhance analytical capabilities and efficiency.
• Provide strategic guidance on marketing data, campaign performance, attribution, and funnel analytics.
