Cribl is hiring an Analytics Lead to act as a data consultant and product owner across GTM, People, and Finance. You will design self-serve data solutions, translate complex analyses into actionable insights, and own the analytics end-to-end for internal stakeholders.

You will work in a remote-first environment, partnering with senior leaders to drive decisions, with a compensation range reflecting expertise and geographic location. Base salary ranges up to six figures plus benefits and equity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics or a related role with senior leaders
• Experience in GTM marketing analytics and attribution
• Proficiency in SQL and the modern data stack
• Ability to turn analyses into executive narratives
• Strong written communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Translate analyses into clear narratives for diverse audiences
• Treat analytics as a product and prioritize impact
• Define requirements and own end-to-end analytics
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities
• Leverage AI tools to enhance analytics
• Guide marketing analytics, attribution, and funnel analysis
