Cribl is seeking an Analytics Lead to act as an internal data consultant and product owner across GTM, People, Finance, and more. You will design self-serve data solutions, own the analytics end-to-end, and partner with executives to translate insights into action.

You'll drive executive storytelling, apply an AI-enabled analytics approach, and shape data UX for internal stakeholders in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data, or a related role with senior business leader partnership.
• Hands-on experience in marketing analytics (attribution, funnel analysis) and GTM drivers.
• Ability to learn adjacent functions quickly and work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate analyses into clear narratives for diverse audiences to drive decisions.
• Treat analytics as a product; rank work by impact and maintain a shared plan.
• Define requirements and own analytics end-to-end for ambiguous questions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and decisions.
• Strategically leverage AI tools to enhance analytics and efficiency.
• Advise on marketing data, campaign performance, lead tracking, and funnel analytics.
