Cribl is seeking an Analytics Lead to act as our internal data consultant and product owner, working across GTM, People, Finance, and more. You’ll craft self-serve data solutions and “Data UX” for internal stakeholders, translating complex analyses into clear actions.

You’ll own analytics end-to-end, partner with senior leaders, and leverage AI tools to accelerate insights. This remote-first role may require coordinating across time zones and delivering impactful analyses to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data, or a related role, with senior leadership exposure.
• Hands-on marketing analytics (attribution, funnel analysis) and GTM drivers.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, BI tools with semantic layers.
• Experience presenting to executives and driving decisions.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex analyses into actionable narratives for executives.
• Own analytics end-to-end across marketing, GTM, and finance.
• Design self-serve data solutions and Data UX for internal stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
• Leverage AI tooling to improve efficiency and insights.
• Drive campaign measurement, lead tracking and funnel analytics.
