Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking an AI Platform Owner to lead the lifecycle of the operating system and platform estate, combining platform engineering with AI-driven operations to reduce incidents and MTTR.

You will drive change, mentor 1st line teams, design multi-workstream delivery plans, and ensure compliance in a regulated production environment while shaping standards and governance. This role offers a hybrid work model with strong growth in AI-enabled operations.

Qualifications

• Deep platform engineering expertise including OS hardening, patching, and standardization across the estate.
• Experience driving AI/automation use cases for incident triage, root cause analysis, and predictive monitoring.
• Proven ability to lead change, coach teams, and gain stakeholder buy-in for new AI-enabled work practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform engineering depth: OS hardening, image packaging, patching, and standards.
• Identify, pilot, and scale AI/automation for incident handling and runbook execution.
• Provide thought leadership, write white papers, and define R&D positions in AI for operations.
• Drive change management, risk assessment, and adherence to SLAs in production environments.
• Own technical documentation, runbooks, and governance to ensure compliance and consistency.
