Job summary

Thomson Reuters seeks a Lead AI Platform Owner to manage OS builds, patching, and lifecycle across the estate while driving AI-enabled operations and governance. You will champion change management, document standards, and land cross‑functional adoption with a focus on maintaining SLAs in a regulated production environment.

The role emphasizes platform engineering depth, incident leadership, and collaboration with security, architecture, and vendors to reduce MTTR and risk.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of engineering in platform/database/storage
• Deep experience with AI/ML tooling and major cloud/enterprise stacks
• Experience using ChatGPT for engineering and AI governance knowledge

Responsibilities

• Own OS builds, hardening, and patching across the platform estate
• Identify and pilot AI/automation use cases for incident triage and monitoring
• Lead change management, governance, and documentation to protect SLAs
• Act as escalation point for major incidents; conduct RCA and rigorous change control
• Design and plan multi‑workstream delivery with cost and risk awareness
