Job summary

Thomson Reuters seeks a Lead AI Platform Owner to own the build, hardening, patching, and lifecycle of the operating system and platform estate. This role leads AI-driven operations innovation and guides 1st line teams through new AI-enabled workflows without compromising SLAs.

You will drive standards, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with architecture, security, and vendors while reducing incident volume and MTTR via automation and CSI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Engineering & infrastructure experience in large-scale platforms.
• Platform engineering—OS hardening, golden image packaging, patch management, agent stacks.
• Experience with incident triage, RCA, and change control in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform engineering to build and harden OS builds and agent stacks.
• Identify and pilot AI/automation use cases for operations.
• Provide thought leadership and evangelism for AI-for-operations initiatives.
• Drive change management, coaching, and 1st line teams.
• Lead major incidents, RCA, and adhere to stringent change controls.
