Job summary
Thomson Reuters seeks a Lead AI Platform Owner to drive platform engineering, AI-enabled operations, and production incident leadership in a regulated environment. You will own OS builds, patching, automation, and lifecycle across the estate while guiding 1st line teams through AI-driven workflows.
You will partner with architecture, security, and vendors; champion change, document standards, and drive CSI and MTTR improvements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in platform engineering / large-scale IT environments.
- Experience leading AI/automation initiatives in production.
- Strong change management and stakeholder alignment.
- Proven incident, problem and change management leadership.
- Automation scripting and infrastructure-as-code experience.
- Experience with governance, policy, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Own OS builds, hardening, patching, and lifecycle across the platform estate.
- Identify AI use cases to reduce toil, triage incidents, and shorten MTTR.
- Lead change management, coaching 1st line teams, and ensure SLA protection.
- Drive solution design, cost estimation, and multi-workstream delivery plans.
- Champion CSI and continuous service improvement through automation and metrics.
