Thomson Reuters seeks an AI Platform Owner to lead platform engineering, AI-driven operations, and governance for an AI-enabled production environment. The role emphasizes change leadership, incident response, and scalable automation across OS builds, patching, and runbooks while protecting SLAs.

You will help tailor an AI-for-operations vision, drive adoption of new practices, mentor 1st line teams, and partner with architecture, security, and vendors to land change at scale.

Responsibilities

• Technical lead / SME point of escalation
• Solution design & requirements definition
• Multi-workstream implementation and project planning
• Cost/design estimation and solution sign-off
• Technical documentation, run books, standards & policy authoring
• Vendor and third-party management
• Cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
• Team mentoring; deputizing for team manager
• Continuous service improvement (CSI)
• Risk and issue ownership
• Technical R&D and white paper contribution
