Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise use cases. Lead a team of AI Architects and drive scalable AI solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Role focuses on multi-agent systems, context design, RAG, and model synthesis with strong emphasis on collaboration across AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiar with AI native development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q).
• Understand AI Native design process and principles

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native systems.
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic chunking and search.
• Implement and test architectures; benchmark against agent and human evals.
• Develop replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI Native design processes.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for practical outcomes.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech.
• Present at academic conferences and assist IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data team members.
• Lead experts in building Knowledge and data systems for Knowledge AI.
