Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise use cases. You will lead a team of AI Architects, guiding memory systems, RAG, and semantic search across multi-agent platforms.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiarity with AI native development tools and code assistants.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding of AI native design process and context management (RAG, SFT, PEFT).
• Experience with CI/CD and modern collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native platforms.
• Develop context systems including RAG and semantic search capabilities.
• Benchmark architectures against agent and human evaluations.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures.
• Lead design requirements and execute through AI-native processes.
• Explore emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams for balanced outcomes.
• Support business development for emerging tech and present at conferences.
