Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise use cases. You will lead a team of AI Architects and drive cross-functional collaboration across AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure to build scalable solutions.

The role requires an advanced degree and 10+ years in software engineering and AI, with hands-on coding and mentoring responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Experience with AI native development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q).
• Familiarity with Python, Bash and languages like Go, Rust, Java.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI-native designs.
• Develop and test memory architecture with semantic chunking and RAG.
• Lead AI Architects team and mentor Knowledge/Data engineers.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for practical outcomes.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP development.
