Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise use cases. You will lead a team of AI Architects, shaping multi-agent memory design, RAG, semantic chunking, and localization across EY platforms.

The role requires deep expertise in AI native design, model synthesis, and scalable inference, with mentoring responsibilities and collaboration across AI, Security, Data, and Infra teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Proficiency with Python, Bash, Go, Rust or Java;CI/CD and modern IDEs.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems.
• Design context systems with RAG and semantic search.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against evaluations.
• Develop replicable integration frameworks across systems.
• Lead AI native design processes and mentor team members.
• Assess new memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for practical outcomes.
• Support business development for emerging technology.
• Present at conferences and contribute to IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data teams.
• Lead experts in building Knowledge and data systems.
