Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design memory and data fabric architectures for complex enterprise use cases. You will lead a team of AI architects, shape context systems, and drive multi-agent design patterns across scalable platforms.

The role emphasizes inference optimization, model synthesis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work model and high-impact projects await.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiarity with AI native development tools and code assistants.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash and Go/Rust/Java.
• Understanding of model fine tuning and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern code hosting (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native designs.
• Develop context systems including RAG and semantic search.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against evaluations.
• Create integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Lead AI architecture team and mentor knowledge/data staff.
• Explore new memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams.
