Job summary

EY seeks an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise use cases. You will lead a team of AI Architects focusing on multi-agent memory systems, contextual design, RAG and semantic search, and scalable inference pipelines.

You will drive architecture strategy, mentor engineers, and collaborate with security, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiarity with AI-native software development tools and code assist.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and languages like Go, Rust, Java.
• Understanding of AI native design process and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with modern IDEs, CI/CD pipelines, code hosting and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native designed systems.
• Design of context systems including RAG and semantic search features.
• Implement and test architectures, benchmarking against agent and human evaluations.
• Develop replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Lead AI Architects and mentor Knowledge/Data team members.
• Explore emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
