The Atlantic District in Fairfax, Virginia seeks a Lead Agent to balance high-level sales strategy with people-centered service, guiding a local team and strengthening community trust.

You will mentor agents, conduct coverage reviews, manage client relationships, and collaborate with leadership to expand offerings while maintaining accurate records. This role emphasizes integrity, service, and measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Life and Health Insurance License required.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in insurance sales.
• Ability to mentor junior agents and provide constructive feedback.
• Proficient in managing client databases and using enrollment platforms.
• Strong organizational skills to handle high lead volume.

Responsibilities

• Lead our sales team by example, setting high standards for client interactions and closing techniques.
• Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to grow local policyholder base.
• Conduct comprehensive coverage reviews to ensure clients have protections that fit their life stage.
• Provide ongoing guidance to newer team members to help them hit milestones.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine local service offerings and business development strategies.
• Maintain impeccable records of all client correspondence and policy changes.
