The Atlantic District in Chesterfield, Virginia, seeks an Agency Lead to guide daily operations, mentor staff, and strengthen client relationships. This role emphasizes strategic leadership, community involvement, and a welcoming office atmosphere for both staff and clients.

You will set sales targets, recruit talent, and stay compliant with regional insurance regulations while fostering growth and delivering trusted protection to the local community.

Formación

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance sales or agency leadership.
• Strong understanding of regional insurance markets and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record mentoring and developing sales staff.
• Clear, empathetic communication skills for client interactions.
• Familiarity with standard agency management systems and digital lead tracking.
