Identify and engage with local families and businesses in the Cumberland area to assess their risk management needs.
Provide expert guidance on policy coverage to ensure each client is protected appropriately.
Lead by example in the office, mentoring junior staff members as they develop their sales techniques.
Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and follow up consistently to close new business.
Represent The Atlantic District at community events and local business gatherings to build our reputation.
Collaborate with the broader agency leadership to refine our sales strategy and growth objectives.
Active Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license.
Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or high-level client management.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Ability to navigate and manage complex client databases and lead tracking systems.
Excellent public speaking and interpersonal abilities for community networking.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and industry certification.
