Job summary

The Atlantic District in Washington, PA, seeks a Lead Agent to run our Farmers insurance agency, leading growth, operations, and client service. You will be the face of the firm, mentoring peers and guiding community outreach while delivering security and peace of mind to local clients.

You will oversee the full sales lifecycle, coach agents, analyze local market trends, and ensure clients have the protection they need.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• 3+ years of experience managing insurance portfolios or leading sales.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines products and underwriting guidelines.
• Experience with agency management systems and digital quotes.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and manage a diverse pipeline.
• Excellent organizational skills for prospect and policyholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full sales lifecycle from inquiry to policy binding and renewals.
• Coach and support agents to improve closing techniques and service.
