Provide ongoing support to policyholders during the claims process or when policy adjustments are needed.
Participate in local community events to build visibility and trust for the agency.
Active Maryland Property & Casualty insurance license.
Demonstrated success in consultative sales or relationship-focused business roles.
Clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication skills.
High level of comfort navigating digital tools and office management software.
Strong organizational habits and an eye for detail.
Experience managing an independent book of business is highly valued.
