Manage the end-to-end sales process from the first point of contact through policy issuance.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in our database.
Active Maryland Property & Casualty insurance license.
Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.
Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline and meeting production goals.
Strong comfort level with public speaking and local networking events.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.
Excellent organizational habits for tracking leads and follow-ups.
