Active Maryland Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License.
Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.
Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines coverage options.
Strong command of agency management systems and digital document filing.
History of maintaining high client retention rates.
Professional certification such as CIC or CISR is highly valued.
