Maryland Property & Casualty and Life & Health producer licenses.
Three or more years of experience managing a diverse book of insurance business.
Strong command of agency management software and digital documentation systems.
Clear and articulate communication style for explaining complex policy details.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and client advocacy.
Prior experience in consultative sales or a client-facing advisory role is highly valued.
