You will analyze water treatment programs, deliver technical service reports, and lead negotiations to ensure profitable outcomes. Travel and leadership responsibilities are core to this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science/engineering
• 15+ years in water treatment industry preferred
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and strategic selling

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling, boiler, wastewater, and process applications
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior Account Representatives and Account Managers
• Deliver technical service reports and provide data-driven customer recommendations
• Manage complex commercial negotiations and price escalations while achieving revenue targets
• Build a robust sales funnel and pursue new profitable business opportunities
• Champion safety and compliance in all field activities
