Veolia seeks a seasoned Lead Account Manager in CSM to partner with customers across industries, providing strategic leadership and mentoring junior staff. You will act as a trusted advisor, develop innovative solutions for water and energy sustainability, and drive profitability and asset protection.

You will lead technical analysis, deliver service reports, and execute value-focused plans, while guiding a team to achieve revenue targets and strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant disciplines; 15+ years in water treatment acceptable.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and strategic selling.
Leadership or mentorship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead account management activities and mentor junior team members.
Develop and deliver technical service reports to improve customer operations.
