Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager - Above Ground Structural to lead and coordinate field activities for large-scale data center and mission-critical projects.

You will oversee structural steel erection, equipment supports, decking, and related scopes to ensure safe, efficient execution. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and collaboration with engineering, procurement, safety, and project controls teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a construction-related field with strong field leadership experience.
• Experience leading above-ground structural scopes on large-scale projects including data centers.
• Knowledge of structural steel erection, crane operations, and building assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of above-ground structural construction on mission-critical projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for safe, on-time delivery.
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and lift plans for compliance.
• Support planning, procurement coordination, and execution strategy development.
• Identify risks and resolve constructability challenges with practical solutions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule performance across activities.
