Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. in Hubbard, TX is seeking a Construction Manager – Above Ground Structural to lead and coordinate above-ground structural construction for hyperscale data centers and mission-critical infrastructure projects.

You will oversee structural steel erection, equipment support structures, metal decking, and related scopes while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of structural construction leadership experience.
• Experience with large data center or mission-critical projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead above-ground structural construction activities on mission-critical and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field supervision, and stakeholders to ensure safe delivery.
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and lift plans for project alignment.
• Support constructability reviews, planning, procurement, and execution strategy.
• Identify risks and develop practical solutions to stay on schedule and budget.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
