Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field execution on hyperscale data center projects. You will direct Superintendents, foremen, and crews, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence on site-based work with extensive travel (≈75%).

Responsibilities include coordinating labor, equipment, subcontractors, and project controls, while partnering with project teams to optimize productivity and profitability across large-scale infrastructure deployments.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant construction experience.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.
• Fully qualified construction professional with demonstrated field leadership experience.
• Experience supervising field crews and coordinating subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead field construction activities across mission-critical, hyperscale projects.
• Supervise Superintendents, Foremen, and subcontractors to meet safety and schedule targets.
• Ensure safety, quality, and project specifications are followed.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources for efficient execution.
• Monitor productivity and project progress to meet profitability goals.
• Support project teams with bid reviews, constructability evaluations, and planning.
