Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead field construction activities for large-scale hyperscale data center projects. You will direct Superintendents, Foremen, and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery on site and across North America.

The role demands strong leadership, scheduling expertise, and the ability to coordinate crews and equipment while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction on mission-critical

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant construction experience, with field leadership responsibilities.
• Experience supervising multiple crews, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and project compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead field construction activities on hyperscale data center and critical infrastructure projects.
• Supervise Superintendents, General Foremen, Foremen, and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance across projects.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources for efficient execution.
• Review progress and productivity against project metrics.
• Support bid reviews and operational planning as needed.
