Michels Infrastructure Solutions seeks a Construction Manager to lead field construction for hyperscale data center and mission-critical projects. You will coordinate Superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and crews, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, proven construction expertise, and a commitment to safety in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 75% and long-term onsite assignments are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of relevant construction experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience supervising large field teams.
• Ability to travel approximately 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead field construction activities across mission-critical and hyperscale infrastructure projects.
• Supervise and assign Superintendents, General Foremen, Foremen, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources.
• Monitor productivity and project performance.
• Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and field planning sessions.
