Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions seeks a Construction Manager to lead field construction on hyperscale data center and mission-critical projects. You will direct Superintendents, Foremen, and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule alignment across complex sites.

Responsibilities include coordinating labor and equipment, maintaining profitability, and partnering with project managers to drive successful project delivery on a nationwide scale.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.
• 5–7 years of relevant construction experience.
• Experience supervising field crews and large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead field construction activities across mission-critical and hyperscale infrastructure projects.
• Supervise and assign Superintendents, General Foremen, Foremen, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance with company procedures and project specs.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources for efficient project execution.
• Support project teams with planning, reviews, and turnover documentation.
