Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP in Miami, FL, seeks an experienced E-Billing Specialist to process client bills and respond to billing inquiries within the Finance Department. You will manage e-billing submissions, monitor for rejections, and support attorneys and clients on day-to-day billing questions.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field, 3+ years in ebilling, and proficiency with BillBlast, 3E/Elite systems, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; high school diploma required.
• Minimum three years’ ebilling experience in a law firm or professional services.
• Experience using e-billing systems and vendor websites for client invoicing.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Submit invoices through the e-billing system and document progress within the eHub and eBilling Tracker.
• Review newly opened client matters to determine e-billing availability.
• Monitor e-billing daily for new invoices and rejections.
• Provide updates on invoice status to the Billing Supervisor/Director of Billing.
• Verify client setup, rates, and billing requirements in the eBilling system.
