Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP seeks an Electronic Billing Specialist to manage client invoices within the e-billing system. You will work with attorneys, Client Service Specialists, and clients to resolve inquiries and ensure compliant submissions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in ebilling within a law firm, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with BillBlast, 3E/Elite, and Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills are essential to handle inquiries and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent acceptable.
• Minimum of three years’ ebilling experience in a law firm or professional services organization.
• Experience using e-billing systems and vendor websites (eBilling, BillBlast).

Responsibilities

• Submit invoices through the e-billing system and document progress in the eHub and eBilling Tracker.
• Review newly opened client matters to determine e-billing availability.
• Monitor e-billing daily for new invoices and rejections; review timekeeper reports for new submitters.
• Ensure successful submissions of ebilled clients and assist with resolving rejections.
• Provide updates regarding invoice status to the Billing Supervisor/Director of Billing.
