Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP seeks an Electronic Billing (E-Billing) Specialist in the Finance Department to manage client bills, respond to inquiries, and assist in monitoring related tasks. You will submit invoices through the e-billing system, review new matters, track timekeeper submissions, resolve rejections, and provide updates to the Billing team while upholding firm and client guidelines.

Experience with BillBlast and 3E/Elite is preferred, with strong communication and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum three years’ e-billing experience in a law firm or professional services.
• Experience using BillBlast and e-billing vendor websites.
• Strong customer service skills and reliability.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Submit invoices through the e-billing system and document progress.
• Review newly opened matters for e-billing availability.
• Monitor e-billing daily for invoices and rejections; approve submissions.
• Resolve e-billing rejections and answer billing inquiries.
• Provide updates on invoice status to the Billing Manager.
• Ensure correct client setup, rates, and billing requirements in the system.
• Submit rate requests to vendor sites when required.
• Collaborate with attorneys, Client Service Specialists, and clients.
• Assist with accrual submissions monthly/quarterly as needed.
• Respect firm and client billing guidelines and policies.
