Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking an Electronic Billing (E-Billing) Specialist to handle client bill submissions, inquiries, and monitoring of related billing tasks. The role supports attorneys, Client Service Specialists and clients with day-to-day e-billing needs.

Responsibilities include submitting invoices, reviewing matters for e-billing, tracking progress, and ensuring accuracy of rates and requirements in the eBilling system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Analysis, Management or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years' e-billing experience in a law firm or professional services setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Submit invoices through the e-billing system and document progress in the eHub and eBilling Tracker.
• Review opened client matters for e-billing availability.
• Monitor e-billing daily for new invoices and rejections.
• Ensure successful ebilling submissions and resolve rejections.
• Assist attorneys and clients with day-to-day e-billing questions.
• Verify client setup, rates, and billing requirements in the eBilling system.
