Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP, a national law firm, seeks a Billing Specialist in the United States (Miami area) to manage accurate and timely billing per firm and client guidelines. The role supports billing inquiries, WIP reviews, and invoicing using Paperless Proforma and Ehub.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in legal billing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to five years of legal billing experience; Elite experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic billing via vendor websites and Ehub.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to general billing inquiries from management, staff, attorneys and clients.
• Review aged unbilled WIP and provide status updates to Billing Supervisor/Director.
• Provide expense detailed back-up to accompany invoices as required.
• Research client overpayments and cost advances; process adjustments as needed.
• Process invoices using Paperless Proforma for specific attorneys.
• Review new matters for e-billing availability; ensure timely submission of invoices.
• Submit rate requests for vendor sites as required.
• Provide invoice status updates to Billing Supervisor/Director.
