Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking an Electronic Billing Specialist to manage client invoices, assist with billing inquiries, and monitor related billing functions within the firm’s e-billing ecosystem. This role collaborates with attorneys, Client Service Specialists, and clients to ensure accurate and timely submissions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Accounting and at least three years of e-billing experience in a law firm, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required or preferred.
• Minimum three years of e-billing experience in a law firm or professional services.
• Proficient with e-billing systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Submit invoices through the e-billing system and document progress in the eHub and eBilling Tracker.
• Review newly opened client matters for e-billing availability.
• Monitor e-billing for new invoices and rejections; review timekeeper reports for new timekeepers.
• Ensure successful submissions of ebilled client invoices and assist with rejections.
• Assist attorneys and clients with day-to-day e-billing questions and concerns.
• Verify client setup, rates, and billing requirements in the eBilling system.
• Provide updates on invoice status to the Billing Manager.
