Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP in Philadelphia seeks an Electronic Billing (E-Billing) Specialist in the Finance Department to manage client bill submissions, respond to billing inquiries, and assist in monitoring related billing functions.

You will submit invoices through the e-billing system, review matters for eligibility, resolve rejections, and coordinate with attorneys, Client Service Specialists, and clients to ensure accurate rates and billing requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Analysis, Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of three years’ e-billing experience in a law firm or professional services organization (required).
• Experience with 3E or Elite accounting systems strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to be detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Submit invoices through the e-billing system and document progress within the eHub and eBilling Tracker.
• Review newly opened client matters for eligibility through e-billing websites.
• Monitor e-billing daily for new invoices and rejections; review timekeeper reports for new timekeepers.
• Ensure successful submissions and assist with rejection resolution.
• Assist attorneys and clients with day-to-day e-billing questions and concerns.
