Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP in Pittsburgh seeks an Electronic Billing Specialist in the Finance Department. The role focuses on processing client bills, handling billing inquiries, and supporting related billing tasks in a fast-paced law firm environment.

You will submit invoices via e-billing systems, review matters for eligibility, monitor invoices and resolutions, and provide timely updates to the Billing Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Analysis, Management or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years’ e-billing experience in a law firm or professional services.
• Experience with BillBlast, eBilling Portal, and eHub is preferred.
• Strong customer service, detail orientation and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Submit invoices through the e-billing system and document progress in EHub and eBilling Tracker.
• Review opened matters for e-billing availability and monitor daily invoices for rejections.
• Assist with day-to-day e-billing questions and ensure correct client setup and billing requirements.
• Provide updates to Billing Manager and work with team to resolve e-billing issues.
• Handle monthly/quarterly accrual submissions as required.
